I recently had Healthy Basement Concepts do a huge project in my 1,600+ SF basement, as well as some outside work that needed to be done to ensure my basement would be 100% waterproof. I was thoroughly impressed with how much work they got done each day. There was so much to do. Jason, the owner, was kind enough to put his full crew on at least one of the days because of how large the project was. Everyone was so nice and polite. They took extra precautions to keep my house clean going back and forth to the outside. They did a fantastic job and the cost was more than fair. After talking to several companies about waterproofing and stabilizing our foundation, we decided to go with Healthy Basement Concepts and they did not disappoint!!  Jason and his crew was a 5 star experience!! Jason was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do in terms that we could understand. The job was scheduled to take at least a week but it was completed in 4 days. Vincent , the project manager, was excellent. He clearly explained every step of the way. We’ve now had Healthy Basement Concepts repair two basement leaks and each time the owner was extremely communicative, prompt, and answered all of my questions. We had a couple of pumps installed in our garage to handle access rain water.  Jason installed them about 4 years ago.  We had a problem with our pumps a few weeks ago and he came out and fixed the problem right away.  He is always professional  responds quickly.

We had several companies come out to look at our foundation and Jason was the only one who took the time to actually listen to us and look at the area where the water was coming in. He almost immediately knew there was a crack in our foundation. He pulled the paneling and drywall out and there it was! The other company wanted to go straight for the big ticket items and put in piers. But Jason said that we didn’t need to waste our money on that because it wasn’t our issue. We appreciate his honesty and willingness to “miss out” on a big sale to make sure that we got the right solution for our issue! His honesty and integrity in this situation was the key factor in our decision to hire him. He could have easily told us that we needed all the things the other company told us we needed and we NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN! He was able to get his team out the next day to repair the cracks and put in a sump pump. His team was respectful, professional and punctual! Once they were finished Victor went over everything with us and made sure that all of our questions were answered. We met Jason when he came to our home and provided a quote for fixing sinking area of concrete in our foundation. He spent time with us explaining the process that his company would provide, as well as describing his experience and company history and values, which provided us the confidence to engage his services.
